Learning the hard way...again Current mood: relieved My life has been sooooo boring since my last blog..that is unless you count a heart attack! Here I am on another Facebook Free Wednesday and I so want to log in! But I have achieved heaps today, the kitchen has been scrubbed within an inch of it's sorry life, finally cleaned up the girls' room, yes, there is actually a floor in there, and almost missed out on making up my Bucket List! I set up a group on Facebook for FFW, so I thought to myself today, I should post some pics tomorrow showing what I did with the "day off". Jasmine was acting cute "helping" me fold the washing, so I grabbed the camera... Usually my friend, the camera tells me "I feel compelled to format your memory card you Loser", which my reaction to was to scream at the thing as if it would even listen to me (I am sure it had to be a teenager in a past existence). After composing myself for some funny reason I chose not to believe said camera, ripped out memory card, shove it in the card reader and hook it up to the pc, which at that point I proudly hadn't even turned on for the day. Well surprise and relief, magically the pictures re-appeared! Thank crap. Before any acts of god occurred I transferred everything over to my Kodak Software that does almost everything except make coffee, but weird, will let you send an order for prints but not burn your images to CD????? So now am left with the decision of internal or external CD burner, another thing I'll completely have no idea of how to use! But I guess it's a learning experience, but wonder why I love the challenge of wanting to learn the hard way? And the digital revolution was meant to make all this easier. So, do I blame the technology, or the uneducated user LOL? Any forthcoming advice on choices/options for CD burners much appreciated
