Squeaky!

Took Jasmine to daycare...kicking and screaming all the way, wasn't looking like it was going to be a good day :( . So after that Georgia and I got the bus to Geebung, well nearly didn't! We were too busy gasbagging we forgot to press the bell, but luckily for us there was a red light and the grumpy-bum bus driver let us out haha.
So we make it on the train, get off in the City in the totally wrong place, having to get directions from Tehannne lol. Shameful, been here all my life, I shouldn't need to be told how to make my way out of the subway into Anzac Square ffs!
Meet us with Tehanne and off we go for coffee at the Shingle Inn (the one in the city doesn't smell like burnt raisin toast like the one at Chermside does haha), Georgia got snap-happy with Elmo and the camera.
After the coffee break we had to run an errand with T on her way back to work...pmsl!
We get out of the elevator, she goes in to do what she has to do, we decided to wait in the corridor. I take a step bak, a floorboard creaks and Georgia bursts out laughing thinking I've farted!
This is where we both turn into 5 year olds LOL, we made it our mission to find all the squeaky floorboards!!!! This produced more silliness, maybe was something in my coffee and Georgia's spider?
We think maybe T had had enough of us by then because she came and told us off...with a grin! So we stepped to another area of the corridor, safe right? WRONG! New section had some more creaky floorboards hahaha! by now we were on a roll..Bad enough we were laughing, then we heard someone else down the hall with a really weird laugh, then the strange assortment of people and their hairstyles, we were GONE!!!!!
We walked back with the long-suffering T back to her work, then we caught the bus to Southbank to explore the Sciencecentre.
It was pretty much as we remembered it, maybe a bit smaller than we thought! We took our time mucking around and having fun, sending email postcards, doing puzzles, watching a lecture on light and it's properties, and taking heaps of Elmo pictures!
Unfortunately we were both getting blisters so thought we should make a move towards home, kinda.
We went into the City then for lunch and some gelati (yummy), then making our way home, where we couldn't wait to get our shoes off! An exhausting but fun (and Funny) day was had...Wonder what we might do next daycare day? Maybe only boring things like school shopping, but I'm sure we'll find a way to make it enjoyable..my daughter/bestie and Me!
Or as Tehanne called us : Squeak 1 and Squeak 2 LMAO!
